Collection: Public Art

In 2020 Olivia was one of 100 artists selected to feature in the RCH150 Anniversary Art Trail, a public art initiative celebrating 150 years of the Royal Children’s Hospital’s exceptional care of Australian families. The endearing creatures, loosely based on a wombat and a dugong, were painted and then installed in the summer of 2021 in laneways, parks and public spaces throughout the city of Melbourne and Geelong. Visited and 'collected' by families across the Victorian community using a purpose-built mobile app, the Trail culminated in an online auction of all the sculptures, collectively raising a staggering $867,100 for Royal Children's Hospital. Olivia's UooUoo design 'Lucky Lotus' was inspired by the sacred Lotus Flower - one of the most beautifully triumphant and sacred symbols on our planet.
